6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for Nitin Enterprises services are as follows:

• 50% advance payment required to commence work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, online payment
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

7. Project Timeline and Deliverables

Nitin Enterprises will provide estimated timelines for project completion. However, actual delivery dates may vary based on:

8. Limitation of Liability

• 90-day warranty on custom software development
• Technical support during warranty period

• Extended support available at additional cost

11. Data Protection

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice:

• For cause: Immediate termination for material breach
• Upon termination, client remains liable for work completed
• Nitin Enterprises will deliver completed work and source code

Nitin Enterprises shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or Nitin Enterprises services shall be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India
4. Court proceedings as a last resort

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Changes to Terms

Nitin Enterprises reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
